Michael is president & CEO of Pavone Marketing Group, Inc., the holding company which is comprised of quench, a food and beverage advertising and marketing firm; Varsity, a marketing firm focused on senior living and senior health; Pavone, an advertising and marketing firm he founded 20+ years ago, with expertise in B2C, healthcare, financial and government; Leap, a research and innovation company; and, most recently, WildFig, a data and analytics firm.
He’s been recognized as an Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young, has steered several companies in the Pavone Marketing Group to a place on the region’s 50 Fastest Growing Companies list in five of the last 10 years, and is a member of YPO, an international business organization for young presidents.

The conversation has changed dramatically over the past several years as it relates to data and its impact on decision-making. John has witnessed this firsthand in leading strategy and management efforts for brands in consumer packaged goods, retail, healthcare, financial services, government and senior living.
John has played an integral role in empowering brands to stay ahead of the proverbial curve in an increasingly fragmented media- and time-starved consumer environment. He is a firm believer that embracing data is a must for relevance in today's marketplace.
Because of his extensive strategy and management experience, John saw an opportunity to create a unique business model, founded on the belief that custom solutions, cutting-edge techniques and scalability will win. The vision is a model that is built to lead companies into the data-driven paradigm, while cultivating and teaching the next generation of talent required to do this type of work.

Amy Beamer Murray is chief operating officer of Pavone Marketing Group, Inc. In her 20+ years with the organization, she has overseen the founding and successful growth of its stable of five companies, spanning verticals that include research and marketing. Her specialties include cultivation of talent, media and branding strategies, operating systems implementation and leadership development.
Amy earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Elizabethtown College and continues to serve her alma mater as a member of its Business Alumni Advisory Group.
Amy serves the community as a long-time volunteer with the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank, Junior Achievement and Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership (HOBY). She also serves on the board of Caitlin's Smiles and the Dixon University Center.
She has been named one of Central Penn Business Journal’s Forty under 40, as one of the Top 50 Business Women in Pennsylvania by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, and as Rising Star by the Elizabethtown College Business Alumni. She has also been honored as one of the Top 25 Women of Influence in central Pennsylvania.

As WildFig’s chief scientist, Dr. Kevin Purcell brings over a decade of experience in quantitative analysis, research design and execution. Kevin has an M.S. and Ph.D. in life sciences and has managed a research program focused on quantifying the effect of disturbance on complex systems. Kevin’s research involves a wide array of computational and statistical approaches, including data mining and informatics, machine and statistical learning, and forecast modeling. Kevin has published peer-reviewed papers and white papers on various data-driven research disciplines and has been invited to present his research at national and international conferences.
In addition to his research experience, Kevin has spent years teaching quantitative and research methods to students and non-practitioners. He is currently an adjunct faculty member in the analytics department at Harrisburg University and has developed a number of courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Kevin currently heads up WildFig’s first research and experiential learning laboratory, with a mission to develop novel analytical approaches with commercial application, and cultivate a new generation of data scientists. This blend of quantitative, computational and educational expertise allows WildFig to offer a unique set of capabilities in the growing analytics space.
